GOODRICH are the early leaders of Division 1 of the GB Liners Marches League after beating Woolhope by four wickets.

Mark Bradford and Jack Waldis both snapped up three wickets apiece as Goodrich easily reached their target with five overs to spare.

After being put into bat after losing the toss, Woolhope posted 189-9 off their 45 overs,

Ali Park top scored with 60, with Mikey Weaver (45) and Chris Watts (37) also scoring useful runs.

But Goodrich's bowlers were in fine form, with Bradford finishing with figures of 3-36 and Waldis 3-24.

Joe Provis also helped himself to two wickets.

Rufus Davies' unbeaten knock of 44 then saw Goodrich home.

Just one point behind Goodrich in the league table are Luctonians, who easily beat Ledbury by six wickets.

Ledbury were skittled out for just 94, with Iamlka Kanakanamalage (4-23) being the pick of the Luctonians bowlers.

Garnons secured their first win of the season by hammering Canon Frome by a massive 195 runs, (James Bolton accumulating figures of 3-3) while Brockhampton 3rd easily disposed of Kington by seven wickets.

The other match in the division saw Builth Wells thrash Crickhowell by 200 runs.

Llandrindod Wells and Marden are joint top of Division 2 with 30 points after their respective games against Shirebulls and Weobley were cancelled.

Almeley, meanwhile, arc lose behind them after they beat Knighton on Teme by seven wickets, while Glangrwyney beat Dales by six wickets.

Presteigne thrashed Builth Wells 2nd by nine wickets, with John Goodwin finishing with fantastic figures of 3-1.

Tom Ammonds (2-4) was also in fine form for Presteigne.

In Division 3, Eddit Hill bagged four wickets as Colwall 3rd beat Garnons 2nd by 26 runs.

Other matches saw Strollers and Kington 2nd overcoming Goodrich 2nd and Ledbury 2nd reactively, both by three wickets.

The matches between Abergavenny and Eastnor 3rd and Bosbury and Luctonians 2nd were cancelled.

In Division 4 West, Rob Bengry and Max Harris both scored half centuries for Luctonians 3rd in their two-wicket win against Moccas, while Glangrwyney 2nd thrashed Kington 3rd by 101 runs.

In the eastern section, Colwall 4th beat Herefordians by four wickets, Eastnor 4th hammered Woolhope 2nd by seven wickets and Burghill & Tillington 3rd saw off Hay-on-Wye by five wickets. Bartestree & Lugwardine 4th were rewarded a win against Brockhampton 4th after Brockhampton conceded.
