THE Track and Field County Championships are to to be held at Hereford and County Athletics Club on Sunday, May 15, starting at 11am.
Entry forms and information can be obtained by calling Tony Williams on 01432 267608 or from the club on training nights.
Meanwhile, Croft Ambrey Running Club will be holding beginners groups Luctonians Rugby Club.
Starting at 7pm every Tuesday from May 3, the free sessions are available for anyone aged 12 and above, although under-16s must be accompanied by a participating parent.
More experienced runners are also invited to join one of the club's training sessions, which are held at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
The meeting place in Croft Castle carp park, with training taking place on Bircher Common.
