MIKE Olive grabbed two goals as Hereford Lads Club comfortably beat strugglers Wolverhampton Sporting Community Reserves in West Midlands League Division Two.
Steve Dixon and Danny Moon had already hit the woodwork before the city side went in front.
Olive rounded the Wolverhampton goalkeeper and put the ball into an empty net.
But having gone ahead, Lads Club struggled to take the game away from their opponents until Arron Turner came off the substitutes bench with 30 minutes to go.
After he won a free-kick, Josh Pugh drilled the ball into the box and Kiea Cowley headed it downwards for another substitute Matt Maturi to tap in from a couple of yards out.
Lads Club then soon grabbed their third goal of the game when Cowley ended up one-on-one with the keeper before unselfishly laying the ball into the path of Olive who could not miss.
The Hereford side will be hoping to grab another win this Saturday when they entertain second-frombottom Malvern Town Reserves.
