Llandrindod Wells are Tarmac Bowls League champions

LLANDRINDOD Wells have been crowned champions of the Tarmac Bowls League.

The annual presentation ceremony took place at Kingsland Bowling Club.

Despite a rain-ravaged summer, the league managed to complete the programme on time with all clubs rearranging their fixtures.

Llandrindod amassed an impressive 214 points to take the title. Leominster finished second with 190 points and Hay-on-Wye came third with156.
