JAMIE Langford of Wormelow 3rd enjoyed a day to remember as his side crushed Eastnor 3rd by 198 runs in Division Four of the GB Liners Marches League.

Langford compiled 122 as his second-wicket stand with Ian Herbert (105) formed a big part of Wormelow’s 307-3. But the skipper was not finished as he went on to claim 4-11, including a hat-trick, before completing the match by catching Simon Watkins off Dan Hale (1-26). Elsewhere, Ioan Lilly’s 115 for Crickhowell in Division One paved the way for a win which damaged Luctonians’ title hopes.

And Russell Palmer blasted 121 for Shobdon as they crushed Woolhope by 220 runs in Division Two.

Pete Hoare of Dales 2nd guided his team to a two-wicket win over Luctonians 3rd in Division Five with an unbeaten 116.

And, in the same division, Ross 3rd’s Jack Donovan hit 110 not out in a 190-run win over Strollers 2nd.
