ROB Calderhead and Dave Whitson are the new management team at Ewyas Harold Football Club.
Calderhead, who had spells with Yeovil Town and Watford, will take over from Dave Priday, who has stood down from the hot-seat.
Calderhead, a UEFA-B coach, and the experienced Whitson have been working with the Pilgrims Football Club.
Harold won the Hereford Journal Trophy last season, but finished runners-up in the Herefordshire FA County Challenge Cup.
They came a disappointing fourth in the Herefordshire League Premier Division after leading the way for most of the campaign.
Harold have started pre-season training and, for the first time, have entered an under-15 side into the Herefordshire Junior League.
Meanwhile, the lively Pete Wood, who has now joined Wellington, celebrated double success at Ewyas Harold’s presentation evening, Wood collected the first team’s golden boot award and was named first-team supporters’ player-of-the-year.
Other award winners included: First-team manager’s player, Daniel Taylor; first-team players’ player, Danny Johns; Reserve-team manager’s player, Rory Worthing; reserve-team players’ player, Kevin Michael; reserve-team supporters’ player, Harry MacDonald; reserveteam golden boot, Shaune Smith.
