FOUR new teams will be competing in the Jewson Herefordshire Sunday Football League next season.
Lads Club, Nexus, Spirited Away and Treacle Celts have joined the structure.
But Treble H, Kingstone and Britannia have withdrawn.
League chairman Steve Willmott said clubs had voted in favour of introducing rolling substitutes.
“We haven’t had a problem with agreeing to have rolling subs in our league — everyone agreed it’s a good thing,” he said.
He added that penalties in all cup competitions will now take place after 120 minutes — not after 90 minutes.
All Stars completed a league and cup double last season, triumphing in the Premier Division and league cup.
La Mano de Dios won the HFA Sunday Cup, while Casuals clinched the Shelton Cup and Vaga were the Wye Guild winners.
Ross Juniors topped Division One South and triumphed in the league cup, while Orleton won Division One North.
The new league season begins on September 2 and there will be a winter break from December 17 to January 4. Other award winners from last season: Fair play award: Tupsley; Best secretaries: Will Cheshire (Burghill), Ray Steele (Barrells).
Leading goalscorers: Premier Division: Stu New 36 goals (Welsh Club); Division One South: Justin Halfpenny 58 goals (Woolhope); Division One North: Martin Hobbs 29 goals (HWX).
