HEREFORD United chairman David Keyte has confirmed that Tim Russon chose to leave the board the his position as vice-chairman as he "has been unhappy for some time."
"As in any organisation, the board members have not had total agreement on every point," Keyte told the club's official website.
"Our approach, however, has been to go democratically with the majority on each topic of discussion.
"I believe it to be the case that any decisions made have been with the club in mind."
Keyte added that Russon brought his kills from his media background to the club and improved the relationship with the local press and media stations.
