ROGER Holland, of City of Hereford Swimming Club, starred in the Welsh Summer Nationals.
Holland dominated the meet, winning a medal in each of the seven races in which he competed.
The haul included gold medals in the 200m individual medley and the 200m freestyle.
The 17-year-old also set six personal best times as he picked up three silvers and two bronzes.
Isabella Fox, also of the Hereford club, won silver in the 1500m freestyle, setting five personal bests herself in other events.
Holland has recently competed in the British Nationals, alongside Hereford's George Field and Lydia Stratford.
Stratford, 13, has been selected by the ASA age group national talent development programme.
