Saloon success for Greg

A HEREFORD race ace has won the British Long Track Saloon Car Championship at Mallory Park. Greg Wood also won the first race and came third in the second, which put him on pole position for the big race.

Greg’s brother Lea Wood, finished second, and fourth in his first race since his major accident in the Clio Cup, when he wrote off his car. Lea was racing a car borrowed from a racing friend. Lea’s next round of the Clio Cup is on Saturday, at Thuxton.
