Sean Edwards' side had to come from behind after Craig Veal opened the scoring for the Devon based side on the half hour mark.
But Richard Greaves equalised in the 53rd minute before Craig Jones won it seven minutes later.
Meanwhile in the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division, two goals from Josh Hunt saw Wellington beat Ellesmere Rangers 3-0.
Will Perkins scored their other goal.
Pegasus Juniors drew 1-1 with Shifnal Town.
Ben Novis opened the scoring for Shifnal in the third minute before Alex Hunt equalised just before the half hour mark.
In Division One, Bromyard Town thrashed Kington Town 4-0 in a county derby.
