HEREFORDSHIRE’S junior footballers are enjoying a well-earned break after their season came to a close.

And it’s not only Hereford FC, Westfields and Lads Club who have achieved great success on the pitch in the past 12 months; our junior teams have proved football is very much on the up across the county.

During the next few weeks, the Hereford Times will be featuring pictures of some of the league and cup winners and runners-up.

Among the notable successes, Fownhope Under-13s won the league and cup double and went the whole season unbeaten.

Pegasus Juniors Under-17s also had a great season, losing only one game and securing the league and cup double.

This week, we feature the under-11s, under-12s and under-13s.
