ORLETON Colts won their eighth game in a row by beating rivals Leominster Town 1-0 in the Premier Division of the Herefordshire FA County League.

Jabez Smith hit the only goal of the game, with the win lifting Colts up to fourth place.

Bartestree are still second after Tom Bendall hit a hat-trick in a 6-0 win at bottom club Pegasus Reserves, while Tenbury United returned to winning ways following their defeat at leaders Hinton.

Goals from Mike Foster and Ryan Morris helped them to a 2-0 win at Wellington Reserves.

Westfields Reserves are now unbeaten in seven matches following a 4-2 win against Holme Lacy, while Ewyas Harold drew 1-1 with Fownhope and Ledbury Town saw off Hereford Lads Club Reserves 3-0.

In Division One, second-placed Hereford City lost at Wellington Colts 3-1, so missed the chance to close the gap on leaders Tenbury Town, who didn't play.

There were big wins for Holme Lacy Reserves and Woofferton.

Lacy beat Fownhope Reserves 6-0, while Woofferton thrashed Orleton Colts Reserves 8-0.

Kington Town Reserves, meanwhile, saw off Hinton Reserves 1-0.

In Division 2, leaders Kingstone Rovers drew 1-1 at Bartestree Reserves, but remain two points clear due to Burghill Rangers' game at Shobdon being called off.

Toros won 4-0 against Civil Service, while Ross Juniors thrashed Leominster Reserves 7-0 and Dore Valley beat Weston 2-0.
