TWO teenage weightlifters came away with medals from the British Age Group Championships.
Arthur Harris, 15, lifted a total of 105kg to win a gold medal in the 69kg class, while Matt Tristam, 14, competing in the 50kg class, came away with a silver after lifting 96kg.
The pair are coached by Ian Wood, who runs Woody's Gymnasium in Ledbury with his partner Neely.
