Will Bevan won the latest Hereford Wheelers Evening 10 Series
WILL Bevan of Ross Cycling Club won the latest Hereford Wheelers Evening 10 Series held at Allensmore.
On a perfect night for racing, 41 riders took part with Bevan prevailing in 22 minutes 24 seconds.
Hereford Wheeler Paul Evans finished second in 22:49, ahead of junior rider Josh Sandman of Climb on Bikes (23:48).
The women's race was won by Wheeler Christie Jones in 25:07 from Kylie Mansfield of Hereford Tri Club in 25:37.
Third place went to Wheeler Sarah Lloyd Stephens in 26:01.
The youngest rider was 12-year-old Billy Thomas, who was riding in only his second time trial.
Thomas knocked three minutes off his previous time to record 42:50
