SINKUMS are this week's Hereford Times Herefordshire Football League team of the week after they trounced Fownhope 11-3 in Division One.

Nigel Mosinski led the way for the Hereford side with a hat-trick, while Damian Gallimore and Pete Wall both scored two goals each.

Joe Lako-Tombe, Dean Norman, Joe Payne and Nathan Scotford also got in the act, with the win resulting in Sinkums leapfrogging to fifth place in the division.

Woofferton still lead the way, but saw their scheduled match against Ewyas Harold Reserves postponed due to the bad weather.

Second-placed Holme Lacy couldn't capitalise as they could only draw 2-2 at Hinton Reserves.

Ben Dallow and Rob Haslam were on target for Hinton, with Jean Alvaraz and James Upcott scoring for Holme Lacy, who had Luke Powell sent off.

Kingstone Harriers thrashed Tupsley 5-1; Owen Jenkins, Martin Rivett, Ollie Lewis, Lewis Plant and Joshua Rees all scoring for Harriers; while Orleton Colts Reserves and Wellington Colts shared a 3-3 draw.

The solitary match that took place in the Premier Division saw Hinton beat Leominster Town 2-1.

There was better news for Leominster Town Colts though as they hammered Kingstone Rovers 8-2 to go three points clear at the top of Division Two.

Tristian Stocker, Matt Strangwood and Joe Ferguson all netted braces for Leominster, with Mervyn Stephens and Ben Pound also on target.

Elsewhere, Peter Bufton, Jamie Collins and Ash Street scored for Holme Lacy Reserves in a 3-1 success at Withington, while Dore Valley and Weobley drew 1-1.

In the HFA Charity Bowl quarter-finals, Fownhope thrashed Pegasus Reserves 5-1, Lads Club Reserves beat Westfields Reserves 2-1, Ewyas Harold came through an 11-goal thriller at New Street by beating Ledbury Town Reserves 6-5 and Premier Division leaders Tenbury United narrowly beat Wellington Reserves 3-2.
