HEREFORD boxer Dean Evans will be returning to his home club this Sunday to promote his upcoming professional fight in Gloucester.
Evans is due to compete in Gloucester on April 18 on a show organised by KM Promotions.
The boxer trained at Hereford Boxing Academy and will be visiting the Lads Club venue at 11am.
Evans had 23 fights as an amateur and successfully defended the Inter-Counties Title three times.
He is currently based at the Horeshoe Gym in Swindon and members will be joining him in Hereford.
They include former IBO Inter-Continental Super Middleweight champion Kelvin Young and Ryan Martin, who was an Amateur Boxing Association (ABA) champion.
Evans was trained by head coach Del Strachan at Hereford Boxing Academy, as well as Fudder Ford and Neil Gibbon, who is now his professional corner man.
He is now trained by Joe Wrona at the Swindon gym.
