TUPSLEY are the latest recipients of the Hereford Times Herefordshire Football League Team of the Week prize after they recorded a fine 4-2 win against Dore Valley to narrow the gap at the top of Division 3.

The Hereford side are now just three points behind Dore Valley, but have three games in hand.

Level on points with Tupsley in second place are Orleton Colts Reserves, who recorded an excellent 5-2 success against Ledbury Colts.

Liam Watton led the way for Orleton with a hat-trick, with Ben Apperley and Corey Whitticase also getting on the scoresheet.

Leominster Reserves carried on their recent good run of form by overcoming Malvern Vale 3-2.

Teenage substitute Ethan Wickham secured the win for Leominster in a match that was moved to Briarwood due to Malvern's pitch being unplayable.

Joe Murphy also scored a free-kick for Leominster, with Guy Mercer grabbing the other goal.

With the top two teams in the Premier Division on HFL Senior Cup duty, Pegasus Reserves took full advantage to move within a point of the leaders.

A brace from Daniel Hill and a goal from Adam Webb helped them to a 3-0 win over Leominster Town.

The other league game saw Lads Club Reserves overcome Westfields Reserves 4-2, with goals from Clive Symonds, Adam Holder, Mark Newbury and Rhys Davies.

The HFL Senior Cup semi-finals saw Wellington Reserves progress to the final with a 3-1 home victory over Ewyas Harold.

They will meet Tenbury United, who got the better of Fownhope with a 2-1 victory.

In Division 1, Ewyas Harold Reserves upset second placed Woofferton by winning 5-3, while Fownhope Reserves thrashed Bartestree Reserves 5-1.

The other game in the division saw Hinton Reserves and Wellington Colts play out a 2-1 draw.

Elsewhere, Sinkums moved further ahead at the top of Division 2 with a 7-0 victory over Kington Reserves.

But Tenbury Town, who have five games in hand, maintained their pursuit with a 4-2 win over Kingstone Harriers.
