HEREFORD United's ongoing winding-up petition is once against first on the list for Monday.
Registrar Baister will listen to the case, which will get underway from 10.30am.
The petition has so far been adjourned eight times from the beginning of June.
The latest one was 11 days ago when the court heard United's chairman Andy Lonsdale, who is now the club's majority shareholder, would personally plough up to £1million which would pay off all debts.
