HEREFORD United are still in business after their latest winding-up proceedings in the Royal Courts of Justice were adjourned until October 20.
“The outstanding amounts due to Martin Foyle and Andy Porter have now been settled, and their costs,” said Hereford supporter Andy Gilbert who attended the hearing.
“HMRC have now taken over as the main petitioner but I believe that there are three other supporting petitioners.”
