HEREFORD United advisor Joel Nathan is delighted Saturday’s home match against St Neots has finally got the go-ahead.
Nathan said: "When we came in we had four objectives.
"One was to satisfy the football creditors and two was to get the stadium straight.
“The third objective was to get a league in which to play and the fourth was to get a playing squad together which would justify all the effort that we put in.”
Nathan will not be at the match because he will be celebrating his daughter’s birthday.
United have been granted a safety certificate this afternoon which will allow matches to take place at Edgar Street.
The ground's capacity will be limited to 1,000, with both the Len Weston Stand and Blackfriars End closed.
Spectators will be housed in both the Merton Terrace and Merton Stand.
