HEREFORD United Independent Supporters Association (HUISA) will be dissolved next month.
Chairman Keith Dodd, secretary Dave White and treasurer Nicki White all decided to stand down from their roles at the group’s annual meeting on Monday.
Any assets from the group will pass to the manager of Hereford United in accordance with HUISA’s constitution.
Now members will be voting on a proposal to change the constitution and decide the destination of the group’s shares and money.
Nicki White said: “In my 38 years of supporting the club, the last two-and-a-half years have been the worst in that time.
“My utter disbelief at the way David Keyte and the last board of directors have let my beloved club end up in the situation that it is in now, is beyond belief.”
She added: “I feel I can no longer support what is, in name only, Hereford United Football Club."
Ken Kinnersley had proposed that HUISA be dissolved and this was agreed by members.
The next meeting will take place on Monday, September 1.
“All members will be sent a letter/e-mail to inform them of the meeting and also give them two options about the shares and money,” a statement from HUISA said.
“The first option is to move both the shares and money to the Hereford United Supporters Trust, the second option is to transfer the shares to the Trust but give the money to United in the Community.”
