HEREFORD'S James Moran won two gold medals at the British Taekwondo Championships at thePoint 4.
The Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School won his first gold was in the junior heavy weight sparring and gained his second for the special technique which was the flying high kick.
The 14-year-old has been selected to represent ITF England at the world championships in Dushanbe in August 2014.
