ADVISOR Joel Nathan assures supporters that ‘everything is in hand’ to satisfy the safety certificate for Hereford United’s ground.
United cannot play home matches in front of spectators until Herefordshire Council is satisfied with the club’s ground safety measures.
Nathan said: “Everything is in place and the fire people have checked it out and it is all in hand.
“We know what we have to do but it’s hard to understand that a stadium fit for the Conference in May suddenly becomes unfit a short time later.”
Nathan, who has not been at Edgar Street this week, added: “I won’t be commenting on finances anymore and the leases are not something that I am involved with.
“I am helping Hereford on the football side. But the former players will be paid – that’s all I can say.”
