HEREFORD United was due to face another winding up order at the Royal Courts of Justice in London today.
It's the fourth order the club has faced this season - following two petitions by HMRC and one by former manager Martin Foyle, for which the club was given a further 28 days to resolve during an adjournment on June 2.
It's understood the petition for this latest order has been brought by HMRC - though this is unconfirmed.
