HEREFORD Tae Kwon Do club's Katie Sanders won her first individual title at the Welsh Championships in the University of Wales Institute in Cardiff.
Sanders gave an outstanding display of kicking, scoring 20 points during her semi-final and final while only having one point scored against her.
Ebony Griffin had to settle for bronze on this occasion.
"She should be extremely pleased with her performance, having to compete against girls who are up to two years more experienced," said club coach Dave Sheppard.
"She just missed out on progressing to the final."
