WESTFIELDS will face Pegasus Juniors in the final of the HFA County Challenge Cup after both came through their semi-final clashes on Tuesday night.

Holders Westfields came through a potentially tricky tie at Ledbury Town 2-1.

Craig Jones gave the city side the lead in the 12th minute with defender Dene Whittal-Williams doubling the score in the 65th minute.

Jamie Welch pulled a goal back for the home side, who were beaten by Fields in last season's final, but the Midlands Alliance side held on for the win.

Pegasus enjoyed an easier passage through when they made the short trip to the last four's lowest-ranked side, Herefordshire League Premier Division Hinton, and returned with a 4-0 success.

Kane Kahaki scored twice with the strike partnership of Cory Hyde and Chris Mortlock also on target.

The final is set to take place at Edgar Street on Wednesday, April 23 with a 7.30pm kick-off.
