HEREFORDSHIRE’S leading rugby sides seems to have enjoyed the chance to get back into action after the bad-weather interruption with a flurry of victories.
Luctonians enjoyed a welcome home win with a 23-20 success against Caldy in National Two North.
And Hereford went on a Midlands One West points spree at Wyeside against visiting Barkers Butts who returned to Coventry after being on the wrong end of a 69-5 hammering.
Ledbury remain in contention for promotion from Midlands Three West (South) after seeing off Kings Norton 35-3.
Bromyard joined in the fun and now look safe in Midlands Four West (North) after beating Five Ways Old Edwardians 9-5.
Pegasus also made a winning return to action in the West Midlands League Premier Division with their 1-0 success over Lye Town only the second reverse the leaders have suffered all season.
Bromyard went down 2-1 at home to Bewdley Town while Wellington picked up a useful point with a 1-1 draw at Dudley Sports.
