Miller Boys continue to lead Hereford Snooker League

MILLER Boys stay top of Division 1 of the Hereford Snooker League despite losing 3-2 to the Corner Pockets.

Tom Edwards got the challengers off to a good start with a convincing win over Mike Williams before the home side knuckled down and took the next three frames to secure the victory.

Lee Cartwright pushed talented Stuart Roberts all the way in the final frame but Roberts was too strong and potted his way to a 14-point win.

Broms Boys' Mark Massey's win over Pete Marks in the opening frame seemed to inspire his side who went on to be 4-1 winners over Police A. #

Rob Black compiled a 21 break in his victory over Tim Dutton.

Pot Idols put in a dominant performance to come out clear 4-1 winners over Legionaires while Flukey Few edged a narrow 3-2 win over club-mates X-Men to move to mid-table.

Shed Loads occupy top-spot in Division 2 after a narrow 3-2 win over second-placed Q4Carlton.

Phil Davis kept his nerve to sink the pink and black for victory over Ben Fortey.

Bruce Jones from the Snooker Centre got his first victory of the season and secured a 3-2 win over Farmers B.

Herodians came out on top in a hard fought 3-2 win over NoWhereMen with Mike Lulay victorious over Neil Webb in the final frame.
