WESTFIELDS warmed up in style for their FA Vase trip to Morpeth on Saturday with a 4-0 Midland Alliance win over Heath Hayes on Tuesday night.
With Sam Gwynne in influential form, Jamie Insall and Brad Birch scored twice apiece to earn Fields their third home win of the season.
Honours were shared at OId School Lane in the West Midlands League Premier Division when Wellington and Pegasus drew 2-2.
Anthony Robbins opened the scoring for Pegasus with Matt Williams levelling before half-time.
Nick Williams scored his first goal for six years to put Wellington ahead with Tom Dawson earning Pegasus a point late on.
