Tim Stanley hits winner for Westfields Reserves in 3-2 home success over Fownhope in Herefordshire League Journal Trophy
TIM Stanley’s extra-time strike swept holders Westfields Reserves to a 3-2 home win over Fownhope in the Herefordshire League Journal Trophy.
Mark Hibbard and Jaron McCaulay also scored for Westfields against a hardworking Fownhope team in an action-packed firstround tie.
Ben Chambers’ brace led Pegasus Reserves to a 3-1 win at Shobdon. Mark Rusling also scored for Pegasus, while Jack Brazier netted for Shobdon.
Tom Brock and Jake Robinson each scored twice for Leominster Town in a thumping 6-1 victory over Wellington Reserves.
