Brimfield and Little Hereford bowlers launch recruitment drive

BRIMFIELD and Little Hereford Bowling Club will be launching a recruitment drive as they prepare for the new season - with a "Royal" tour also planned as part of the club's 25th anniversary celebrations.

Although membership is healthy the club is keen to build on one of its most successful seasons.

An open day on Saturday, April 6, will give visitors the chance to try out rink and crown bowling and find out more about the club and its activities.

To mark the club's 25th year members will be off to Windsor in July for a series of friendly games over three days.

Helpers will be out in force on Saturday for the club's annual spring clean, tidiying up the green and surroundings to ensure everything is in immaculate condition for a busy season ahead.
