HEREFORD’S wrestling fans can have fun inside and outside the ring later this month.
Jake Gittens is running a masterclass for would-be grapplers on the afternoon of an all-American-style show at the Richmond Club on Saturday, February 23. Gittens, who lives in Tenbury Wells, is an experienced wrestler on the professional circuit.
“I will be teaching the basics of professional wrestling and spaces for the workshop,” said Gittens.
The highlight of the evening’s action-packed show promises to be a ladder match, says Gittens.
‘East London Mean Machine’ Terry Frazier, Rigour Mortis, Jim E Villain, Loco Mike and the British champion ‘The Superstar’ Carlos are all on the card.
Doors for the Ironfist Wrestling show will open at 7pm, with the first bell at 7 30pm.
People must be 16 years and above to take part in the workshop. For more details, call Gittens on 07540 696297 or e-mail: ironfistwrestling@live.co.uk
