Where speed not skills need attention

I WOULD like to express my heart felt thanks to all the emergency crews who assisted my daughter after her accident on the A4112, near Eardisley, on December 20.

I have nothing but praise for the efficiency, professionalism and compassion they showed while Charlotte was being cut from her car.

Coming across an accident that involves one of your children is every mother's nightmare; I was treated with kindness, empathy and was informed constantly throughout the rescue procedure.

I am sure their dedication ensured that we all had a happy Christmas.

Many thanks to you all, as well, as to Hereford Hospital, who also played an important part in her recovery.
