The Hereford Times Safer Driving Campaign is concluding after two years. It was launched to encourage safer driving on the county’s roads after a 75 per cent increase in fatal car accidents in 2007 compared to the previous year. We would like to thank everyone who has got in touch with us during this period to voice their experiences of travelling on the county’s roads. The Hereford Times will, however, continue to highlight other campaigns and measures to improve road safety.

It has been produced in conjunction with the Suzy Lamplugh Trust and includes information about keeping safe in the event of a breakdown or accident and travelling with children.
