A 'HIGH risk' missing man was last seen leaving a hotel in Callow End as concern rises about his welfare.

Matthew Bone, aged 26, of Portsmouth has been reported missing by his family.

DI Dave Knight of West Mercia Police said Mr Bone's family were 'deeply concerned for his welfare'.

He added: "Matthew hasn’t been seen since leaving a hotel room in the Callow End area of Worcester this weekend.

"Matthew is likely to be on his own walking through the Worcestershire countryside.

"He is being treated as a high risk missing person because family and police have a real concern for his current state of mind.

"Anyone who comes across him or who have already met him are asked to call police as soon as possible quoting Matthew's name."

West Mercia Police can be contacted on their non-emergency number, 101.
