BEWDLEY'S Severnside North and South will be filled with stalls and entertainment for a two-day August bank holiday event.

Stalls will be set up along the riverside selling items including street food, gifts, novelties, artisan products, crafts, handmade items, fairtrade and ethnic jewellery, clothing, antiques and fine art.

There will also be Punch and Judy shows throughout the weekend, birds of prey shows, live music and various other entertainment.

Linda McGillicuddy, organiser's LSD's director, said: "Bewdley is a beautiful setting and always popular particularly at weekends, this bank holiday will be one to remember, the event is expected to attract visitors from all over the region.

"We have a full line-up with amazing stalls and performers that will compliment all the existing bars, cafes, restaurants and shops that the town has to offer.

"It is set to be a great bank holiday for the town."

Stalls will be open on Sunday (August 27) and Monday (August 28) from 10am, with shows and performances will take place at various times over the two days.
