AN ARTISTIC eight-year-old school girl will have her Christmas card design sent to hundreds of people around the world, including the Royal Family and Prime Minister.

Holly Moult, from Beaconside Primary School, entered her design of Father Christmas flying through London into Bromsgrove MP Sajid Javid’s sixth annual Christmas card competition.

The competition was open to primary school children across Bromsgrove to design the front of Mr Javid’s Christmas card, which will be sent to royals, ministers and dignitaries.

The runners up, which feature on the back of the card, were three-year-old Aaron Brittain, from Coppice Nursery, Isabella Pettet, four, from Coppice Primary School, and Amelia Cook, seven, from Beoley First School.

Mr Javid said: “Congratulations to Holly, Aaron, Isabella and Amelia.

“Each year, I look forward to seeing the brilliant creative work of my constituents.

“Well done to all the children across Bromsgrove who entered the competition, and thank you to the judges who had a difficult job deciding the winner.”

The judges for this year’s competition included Richard Nokes from Bromsgrove Printing Company, Lorita Cornish from Lorita’s Bakehouse, and Lesley Macpherson from Allan Morris Estate Agents.
