A NEW contract has been agreed for grounds maintenance services at Bromsgrove District Housing Trust (BDHT).
Oakleaf Grounds Services, which has worked with BDHT for 12 years, will provide estate services at the trust for the next five years, with potential to extend the contract thereafter.
Marie Henry, director of neighbourhoods and community at BDHT, said: "Having well maintained environment and grounds landscape is important for the upkeep of the estates and the wellbeing of our tenants.
"We are pleased that Oakleaf were successful and we look forward to continue our partnership in the years ahead.
"Tenant feedback over the years have been very positive and we look forward to maintaining this trend in the future.”
Oakleaf executive business manager Keith Burgess added: "It’s a positive step for all concerned including tenants and the operatives working on the estates."
