UNDER the cover of darkness thieves invaded the grounds of a National Trust property in Alcester, smashing the windows of a shed.
The incident took place at Coughton Court, an English Tudor country house, situated on the main road between Studley and Alcester, overnight between Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23.
A fire extinguisher from a marquee was used to smash the windows of a potting shed.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Warwickshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 0154 of April 23.
