SCOUTS and their leaders paraded through Evesham to mark St George's Day.
Led by the Celebration Reed and Brass Band, Evesham Scouts from 6 to 18 years of age marched, watched on by Evesham mayor Fred Kaler and mayoress Sue Amor.
The theme of the service in All Saints Church was ‘Water’.
The scouts learnt about the difficulties for people to obtain fresh drinking water in countries ravaged by drought.
The collection taken during the service will be donated to ‘Water Aid’, a charity which is working in partnership with scouting.
The Mayor Fred Kaler was in attendance with Mayoress Sue Amor.
