AFTER a cold and dreary Winter, Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms is kicking off Spring with Sabrina’s Spring Menu cookery course.
Sabrina will be teaching fresh and flavorful dishes that incorporate fresh.
Run by local charity, Grow Cook Learn, the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre is a place to start an exploration of the Shropshire Hills and learn all about their food, history and landscape.
Back in 2016, the Centre was able to set up a pop-up kitchen, sponsored by Ludlow Food Festival.
Sabrina is the founder of Kitchen Thyme. She will be using her own range of spices on Thursday, March 22, from 10am to 2pm, in the pop-up kitchen, cost £35 per person, booking is essential.
