IT'S still controversial, but there is no doubt that the Boxing Day meet of the hunting fraternity makes for a colourful picture.
Reader Keith Boddey was out and about with his camera and captured the scene as the Ludlow Hunt moved away from its meeting place near Ludlow Castle and off down Mill Street.
The meet in Ludlow was just one of many in the region.
South of the border down in Herefordshire, there was a very well supported meet of the North Herefordshire Hunt in Leominster's Corn Square while the Clifton-on-Teme hunt gathered in Bromyard town centre.
Kington was the focal point for the meet of the Radnor and West Herefordshire Hunt while, a little further south, the Ross Harriers gathered in Ross-on-Wye.
