CONSERVATIVE MP Bill Wiggin has been criticised for his outside financial interests which include being a managing director for an offshore company.

We asked those who took part in this week's online poll, at herefordtimes.com, whether they thought MPs should be allowed to have others jobs while serving as an MP.

A total of 483 people took part in the poll and a majority of 67% said MPs should concentrate on the job they are paid to do as an elected representative.

However, 23% said it would depend on what the other job was while the remaining 10 per cent said they thought MPs should have other jobs as it would help broaden their experience.
