A 10km race takes place this weekend in Credenhill to raise money for the Special Care Baby Unit in Hereford.
The fifth Credenhill Canter is on August 27 at 3pm, starting and finishing at the Credenhill Social Club and Community Centre.
Ian Lancaster started the event five years ago after he lost his twin boys.
Alfie and Freddy were born prematurely on July 23, 2008 and were cared for on SCBU at Hereford County Hospital before being transferred to Birmingham. Sadly they died when they were two-days-old.
Ian said he wants to raise money to say thank you for all the care his babies received at SCBU.
Entry is £14 before the day. To receive a race form email Ian at mrandmrslanky004@btinternet.com. Entry is £16 on the day.
