You’ve stuck to your new year’s resolution, you’ve joined a gym and started a clean diet but something still isn’t quite right?

You’re kitted out with all the latest gym clothes, supplements and a fresh pair of trainers but for some reason you feel out of sync.

This lack of motivation is very common amongst most people which is why many are still not happy with their body. This is what makes the difference between the average, the good and the great.

Do you think the top fitness models wake up in the morning and think “Eurgh I’m not feeling it today, I am going back to bed” - probably not. They grit their teeth, train hard and stick with it!

People need to take some of this mindset and apply it to themselves. Being in good shape all year round isn’t easy otherwise you would see a lot more people walking round with Hollywood bodies.

Summer will soon come around, you need to decide whether it’s going to be the year you strut your swimwear feeling amazing or hide away in a big baggy jumper.

Every morning ask yourself how much do you want it? If you want it, you’ll work for it!

If I were to give three quick fire tips to anyone it would be: get a decent pair of headphones, take regular pictures of yourself and surround yourself with people with the same vision as you.
