A COTSWOLD hospice will open a new furniture store.
The Shakespeare Hospice will open the store at Unit 12, Fosseway Business Park, Stratford Road, Moreton in Marsh, on Saturday March 10.
Tracy Holdback, retail manager at The Shakespeare Hospice, said: “We already have seven Shakespeare Hospice shops in the areas covered by our clinical staff; our Hospice at Home nurses support families in the Moreton area, and our day hospice is available to people here, it was a natural decision to open a store in the area.
"Our other furniture stores, in Stratford and Kenilworth, have proved extremely popular, and we are hoping that local folk will support us by donating unwanted furniture and by visiting the new store to see what’s on offer.”
The new store is now accepting donations of high-end, pre-loved furniture.
The Hospice will collect large items from within a radius of 10 miles, and anyone with something to donate, small or large, call 01608 654415 or email: Moreton@theshakespearehospice.org.uk.
The hospice is also looking for volunteers to help at the store, so if anyone would like to learn new skills or get some valuable work experience, they are asked to please email: CLomas@theshakespearehospice.org.uk.
