AN EVENING of music from the movies will be the theme of a charity concert in Stourport next month.
The Rotary Club of Stourport has arranged the choral concert, which will be held at Areley Kings Village Hall on Saturday, February 3 from 7.30pm.
It will feature Stourport Choral performing songs from movies old and new. Proceeds raised from the show will be donated to Acorns Children’s Hospice in Worcester.
Tickets cost £10 for adults and £5 for juniors and can be bought from the Londis Store in Areley Common, Pete’s Prints in Bridge Street or by calling Stourport Rotary president Cliff Brewer on 01299 826433 or email cliffbrewer07@aol.com
The club will also be distributing money raised from the Christmas Sleigh tour of the town to good causes next month
