1. Buy a caravan
The Malvern Caravan Show is on and with more than 200 new and used caravans and motorhomes on show.
But it's not all caravans. There's a dog show, bingo and you can camp over and enjoy a quiz, a Take That tribute band and a sixties band.
Day entry is 10am to 5pm or stay over for two nights. Details here.
2. Have a Mud Bath
The Eastnor Castle Mud Bath is due to take place on Sunday. Organisers have picked the muddiest trails the estate has to offer with fallen trees to navigate, gullies to cross and mud to roll in. There's a 10km, 6km and 2.5km Mini Mud Bath - and after getting dirty, you can add a beer and hog roast to wind down. Details here.
3. Get scared
All the fun of West Midlands Safari Park - but in the dark. Today (Saturday) is the start of the park's Spooky Spectacular which promises witches, ghosts and eerie tales.
You can stay until 9pm and as well as all of the usual Safari Park fun, there's scary trails, a dino quest, puppet shows and late night rides. There will even be a Halloween themed Sea Lion Show performed each evening from the Sea Lion Theatre. Details here.
4. Go fly a kite
Keep your fingers crossed for windy weather and, if so, you can enjoy the Sky High Fly Charity day at the Jinney Ring Centre. Bring your own kite to fly or make one on the day for a small charge. They'll also be expert demonstrations from Midlands Kite Fliers of Great Britain. Details here.
5. Bag-a-bargain
Parents will love the chance to buy clothes, toys, cots, prams and lots of other pre-loved goodies at the Cheeki Monkey's BIG baby and children's summer market. They even promise you can take the kids along with sand art and colouring to keep them amused. It's 10.30am-12.30pm at The Edinburgh Dome, Imperial Road, Malvern.
