THREE people were injured in a fire in a ground floor maisonette in Sidemoor this morning.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze on York Road just before 4am on February 24.
Crews from Bromsgrove and Redditch fire stations were sent to the scene and firefighters used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
Two ambulances from West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended and assessed two patients at the scene.
One woman in her 40s, who lived in a house nearby, was checked over and treated for minor smoke inhalation.
A man in his 30s was also found to be suffering from smoke inhalation and was treated by paramedics. Both were discharged at the scene.
Another patient was rushed to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch for further treatment.
